Hi there, I'm Alex!

Designing a home isn’t just about making it look beautiful—it’s about creating a space that feels effortless, functional, and uniquely yours. I founded Grounded Homes to help busy professionals and families bring their vision to life without the stress of managing all the details.

I grew up in New York but now call Southern California home, blending East Coast polish with a relaxed, welcoming style. My background in both interior design and business operations gives me a unique edge—I love the creative process just as much as I love making sure every detail is executed seamlessly.

I know that taking on a home project—whether it’s a full renovation or a furnishings overhaul—can feel overwhelming. That’s why I’ve built Grounded Homes to be a firm that prioritizes efficiency, organization, and a stress-free experience. We handle the logistics so you can enjoy the transformation.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me working on my own home remodel (a 1963 fixer-upper), searching for new gluten-free treats, or taking walks with my husband and our two dogs, Rory and Buddy. I believe home should be a place that feels effortless, comforting, and completely personal—and I’d love to help you create yours.
