Located in Irvine, this Kenwood Estates home was transformed from a brown, builder-grade space into a personalized haven for our clients and their two young boys. Remodeled by Well Done Builders and photographed by Chad Mellon, we focused on creating a family-friendly environment that was practical for everyday life, while adding touches of elevated charm to make the space feel ready for entertaining.
